Senior Staff Nurse
Job Description
Proven ability to understand user/business functional pain points, Identify dependencies, Integration Challenges and formulating a solution
Should have strong risk assessment ability and should be able to identify potential issues/threats and working on preventing or eliminating them.
Responsibility:
- Ability to support and work closely with the
- Product owner for grooming and product backlog maintenance
- Should have exposure to QA
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have experience in Agile/Scrum. Must have handled Sprints – Product backlog, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review
- Should be an expert with creation of user stories, flow diagrams, swim-lane diagrams
- Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence
- Should have handled a team for delivering multiple large scale projects preferably in D2C, E-Commerce domain
- Should have experience in design, development and delivery of large E-Commerce projects (Mobile Apps and Portals)
- Development/coding background or solid understanding of behind the scenes working is mandatory
Qualification
Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
Computer science degree preferred
PMP/SAFe Certification is good to have

Self-starter attitude & result oriented approach
Fluent communication skills
Ability to handle and perform under pressure and high level of ownership
