ONLINE PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

The website/app may allow online payments through a third-party payment gateway.
Altrus HealthCare is not liable for failures of banks/cards/third-party gateway or uncompleted transactions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: applicable to online payments made via website/app for booking appointments.
If cancellation is initiated by the end user or hospital due to unavailability of the doctor:
– 100% of consultation fees will be refunded to the end user.
– Registration fees payable onetime would not be refunded.
Refunds are processed via same source of payment and subject to payment/refund terms of the source.
Refund timeline: within 4–6 business days.
