He has a proven track record in conceptualizing, designing, and managing modern laboratory systems at premier institutions such as Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Medanta the Medicity, and SRL Diagnostics.

Dr. Prakash has successfully established both human and veterinary diagnostic laboratories, integrating innovative practices in quality assurance, informatics, and lean methodologies. A trained NABL auditor, he is adept at ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering team collaboration. His pioneering initiatives, like open laboratories and AI-assisted diagnostics, reflect his commitment to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

Currently, he serves as the Director of Decodeurdisease, delivering specialized histopathology and immunohistochemistry services while leading advancements in diagnostic precision and laboratory excellence.
