Manish Krishnan
Founder and Chairman
Manish Krishnan is an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. Born and raised in Dehradun, he migrated to the U.S. after completing his undergraduate studies. He founded ATCS, a New Jersey-based technology services company that expanded into a global firm with offices in six countries. In 2021, ATCS was acquired by Nagarro, a leading digital product engineering company based in Frankfurt, Germany. Manish currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Nagarro.
Beyond Nagarro, he is the Chairman of Quintype Technologies, an AI-powered media platform, and Chairman of ListenFirst, a social media analytics company.
Manish is also deeply involved in philanthropy and mentorship. He serves on the board of the Eye-Bank for Sight Restoration in New York, supporting efforts to cure blindness through corneal transplants. Additionally, as a mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) AI program at the University of Toronto, he guides startups in scaling innovative AI solutions.
He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from BITS Pilani. In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, he was honored as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (New Jersey) in 2021. Manish lives in New York with his wife, Nikita, and their children, Sidharth and Neha.
Vimal Kishore
Co-Founder and Vice Chairman
Mr. Vimal Kishore is a distinguished Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 25 years of expertise in financial management, governance, and strategic decision-making. As a co-founder and Vice Chairman of Altrus Healthcare, he brings a wealth of financial acumen and leadership experience to the organization, ensuring that the hospital’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
With a strong background in corporate finance, auditing, and tax planning, Mr. Vimal Kishore plays a pivotal role in overseeing the hospital’s financial health, compliance, and long-term growth strategies. His visionary leadership has been instrumental in the hospital’s commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services while maintaining fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.
Mr. Vimal Kishore also holds a degree in law. Apart from the professional practice of Chartered Accountancy, he has been associated as Adjunct faculty/resource person with the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Roorkee. In addition to his financial expertise, Mr. Vimal Kishore is deeply committed to advancing healthcare practices and improving patient outcomes with focus on the core values of CARE He works closely with the senior management team to ensure that Altrus Healthcare stays at the forefront of healthcare excellence.
Shaila Brijnath
Co-Founder and Director of Philanthropy
Shaila Brijnath’s journey is a testament to the power of purpose over profession. After 15 years as a European Equity Trader in investment banking, she walked away from the corporate world to follow her true calling—empowering underserved children and youth through education and skills training.
Her passion for equality of opportunity led her to establish an education trust in 2009, starting with just 35 children in a single after-school program. Shaila also firmly believes in the holistic care of a child; from medical attention to nutrition, clothing to counselling, working with parents and communities. What began as a small initiative has now grown into a movement, impacting over 11,000 children through 80+ projects in 3 districts of Uttarakhand. Aasraa, today, works in partnership with the state’s Education Department in 19 government schools and the launch of its skills training center in 2023 called SkillAbility has reached over 700 underserved youth to provide them skills for gainful employment.
Shaila is relentless in breaking down barriers, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has access to education and a brighter future. Her energy is infectious, her leadership inspiring, and her ability to find creative solutions makes her a driving force in social impact. She doesn’t just believe in change—she makes it happen.
Sandip Singh
Managing Director
Sandip Singh, Managing Director of Altrus Healthcare, is a seasoned healthcare leader with experience in hospital management since 2011. He has worked in companies like Fortis Healthcare and Max Healthcare and has successfully led multiple hospital units, driving strong financial performance and operational efficiency while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Dr. Rahul Varshney
Medical Superintendent
Dr. Rahul Varshney is the Medical Superintendent at Altrus Healthcare, where he leads the medical operations while continuing his clinical practice as a Consultant Anesthesiologist. With over 11 years of experience, Rahul blends sharp medical expertise with administrative finesse to enhance patient care and hospital efficiency.
Beyond the OR, he’s a NABH Assessor, CPR Instructor, and a Visiting Faculty at SGRR School of management and commerce studies. He holds degrees in Anesthesiology and Hospital Administration, along with fellowships from global institutions like Stanford and Institute Pasteur.
A published researcher with articles in The Lancet, Cures, and Indian Journal of Anesthesiology. When not optimizing ICUs or tackling critical cases, he’s busy championing healthcare quality, teamwork, and battling antimicrobial resistance with a fresh, modern perspective.

Somali Banerjee is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 32 years of experience, holding dual master’s degrees—an M.Sc. in Nursing and an MBA in Hospital Administration—and expertise in Emergency and Disaster Management. Renowned for her clinical excellence and strategic leadership, she has consistently championed innovative healthcare solutions to optimize patient care and enhance hospital operations. With a vision to revolutionize nursing care through modern science and automation, Somali is committed to fostering collaboration, driving sustainable healthcare improvements, and delivering exceptional outcomes for patients and communities. Guided by values of compassion, integrity, and innovation, her mission is to advance high-quality, patient-centered care while empowering the healthcare ecosystem to thrive.

Dr. Sankaran Krishnan
Dr. Sankaran Krishnan specializes in Pediatric Pulmonology, with a special focus on Asthma, Bronchoscopy and Cystic Fibrosis. He practices primarily in Hawthorne, NY, and is affiliated with Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Krishnan graduated from India in 1990, and completed his training at Lincoln Med & Mental Health Ctr and Westchester Med Ctr. He is board certified in Pediatric Pulmonology and Pediatrics.
Dr. Reeta Goel
Dr. Reeta Goel is an accomplished Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and Infertility Specialist with over three decades of experience. She holds an MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology from King George Medical College, Lucknow (1985) and an MBBS from SCB Medical College, Cuttack (1980). She is the Co-director of Rewati Nursing Home in Dehradun, where she provides comprehensive care in obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, ultrasonography, and gynecological laparoscopy.
Dr. Goel’s expertise extends to advanced procedures like IVF and ICSI, supported by collaborations with top infertility specialists. She has organized international conferences, delivered talks on reproductive health, and presented research papers at prestigious forums. Recognized for her contributions, she received the ISAR Dronacharya Award for her work in women’s health and reproductive rights.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Goel is a trained counselor specializing in mental health, family therapy, and trauma recovery. She actively advocates for women’s empowerment, education for the girl child, and fights against domestic violence and sex-selective practices. Dr. Goel is also a life member of several renowned medical societies, including ISAR, FOGSI, and IFS, and has contributed significantly to advancing gynecological and infertility care in India.
Sripat Pandey
Sripat Pandey is the President and chief Investment Officer of Global Wealth Management. Sripat has over twenty years of investment experience consisting of equity investing, investment experience consisting of equity investing, investment banking, and corporate finance /M&A. Sripat moved to the U.S.in 2000 to serve as President of ICICI Securities Inc. He has advised major U.S. corporations, private equity major, and India corporations on cross- border transactions between the U.S. and India.
Sripat started his career as an analyst at an international fund after earning an Engineering degree from IIT Kanpur and his MBA from IIM Bangalore, both leading premier engineering and management school in India.
Nikitesh Joshi
Nikitesh Joshi brings two decades of expertise in the confluence of marketing technology and digital transformation. He currently serves as the Managing Director for Quintype Services in India, a subsidiary of Quint Digital Limited, India’s only listed digital media-technology group. At Quintype Services, Nikitesh is spearheading strategies to deliver cutting-edge solutions across digital technology consulting, digital listening, and marketing technology domains.
Before his tenure at Quintype, Nikitesh held the role of Delivery Director at ATCS, Inc., a role that was later transitioned to Nagarro following an acquisition. During this time, he was instrumental in driving key practices related to digital listening and insights, as well as marketing technology implementations.
